Calling all college kids who are no longer on the meal plan at school! Chef Pam will start out the class with knife safety and skills and move on to chopping techniques. After you have mastered knife skills we will go on to cook together two entrees: pasta with a roasted red pepper and spinach, herbed cream sauce and a pan seared chicken breast with a fresh salsa for garnish. Of course we will finish off the evening with a little something sweet that Chef Pam has prepared. Great gift for your college age son or daughter!
