Chef Pam always enjoys preparing delicious pasta sauces and other Italian dishes that she learned while stationed in Naples, Italy with the Navy. This class we will prepare eggplant stacks for the appetizer with fresh mozzarella, tomato and the star of the show eggplant sliices on a bed of arugula. For the pasta sauce, everyone will help prepare a very southern Italy sauce: pasta puttanesca with capers, olives and tuna in a red sauce. To finish off the evening we will make individual tiramisu desserts. Can you say, "Buon Appetito?!".
