Chef Pam loves to share her love for Italian cuisine after living in southern Italy for two years!  Come and learn how to make the traditional arancini with a fresh tomato, basil sauce as the appetizer.  Then on to making chicken piccatta with a side of roasted eggplant, peppers and other vegetables.  We will finish off the evening with profiteroles with a chocolate ganache drizzle.  Can you say, Buon Appetito?
