Chef Pam loves the traditional pesto sauce with basil, garlic and parmesan and all that makes it pesto. She lived in southern Italy but loved traveling to Genoa to enjoy where this sauce originated. Come learn this pesto recipe as well as two non traditional pesto sauces.
