Start out with preparing egg drop soup with Chef Pam.  Then on to learning to cook your vegetables a different way as we learn various combinations to put together for a quick stir fry weeknight meal.  Chef Pam will offer two proteins with two different stir fried sauces for the class to share one over noodles and the other over rice.   The finishing touch will be maple syrup dumplings for dessert.
