Back by popular demand, another French couples cooking class! Chef Jack Birren, a guest chef for chef pam'skitchen, will take you on a culinary tour of France. The evening will start with Chef Jack assisting you in making escargot with herbed baguettes for dipping the buttery garlic sauce from the escargot. Then on to preparing a classic French entree, coq au vin, a chicken and wine dish. You will finish off the evening with a little something sweet making chocolate rasberry souffles. Bon Appetit!
