Chef Pam is proud to welcome Soua Xiong, owner of Fave Macarons, to Chef Pam's Kitchen for a fun filled evening learning how to make holiday French Macarons. Just in time for gifting friends and family with a delicious, unique pastry. Class participants will learn the unique technique to making macarons as well as create holiday fillings such as eggnog, gingerbread and peppermint candy cane. You will taste test macarons as well as take some home to share with your family. Class is 3 hours and will include a savory snack during a break. Limited to 8 class participants to allow ample time for individual instruction.
