Chef Pam is excited to offer an introductory to making breads class.  Chef Rachel, guest Chef for this class will teach participants how to make milk rolls from start to finish.  Then on to learning how to shape and bake baguettes.  The finishing touch will be dipping and baking pretzels in honor of Octoberfest season!  All attendees will leave with a wealth of knowledge of bread making techniques and the recipes to try at home.
