Chef Pam is going to walk you through the fine details of making your own fresh pasta.  After living in southern Italy for two years it is her passion to teach pasta making and fresh sauces to top it off.  We will make a traditional carbonara sauce for spaghetti as well as the creamy vodka sauce for tagliatelle.  Finish off the evening with a citrus olive oil cake for a bella notte!
