Chef Pam is proud to announce her support in helping the Koss Family Foundation in their fundraising efforts to support families with a loved one diagnosed with cancer. Join Chef Pam for a fun evening for a good cause enjoying a wine pairing five course meal. Chef Pam will do all the cooking and you get to sit and relax over a delicious meal with carefully planned wine pairings.
We will begin with scallops wrapped in bacon with a maple, Dijon cream sauce and then on to carrot bisque with herbed creme fraiche. The third course will be a chilled salad with crispy prosciutto, Granny smith apple and gorgonzola cheese. The main entree, the star of the show is coffee braised short ribs with a roasted garlic mashed potato. We will finish off the evening with chocolate decadence cake drizzled with chocolate ganache and sugared berries. Wines provided by Spirits of Norway Vineyard. Price is per person.
