Come join Chef Pam as she shares her love for her Albanian roots with an introduction to lamb class.  We will start out by making traditional ground lamb meatballs with fresh mint as the appetizer.  Then on to learning how to season and saute a lamb chop accompanied by lemon, herbed orzo.  We will finish off the evening with a little something sweet, baklava.
