Chef Jack Birren will take you south of the border as you prepare fresh salsa with chips and then on to carne asada street tacos with all the fixings to include a citrus carrot slaw and assorted pickled vegies, topped off with queso fresco.  And viva la dolce vita, live the sweet life with tres leches cake to finish off the meal.  Buen Provecho!
