Chef Pam is excited to host a book club private event with Chef Jack as the guest Chef for the evening. The group will be learning how to make some small bite appetizers to get ready for the holidays starting out with crispy caprese meatballs stuffed with fresh mozzarella. Then on to Spanish garlic shrimp with herbed baguettes for dipping into the delicious garlic olive oil. Last appetizer will be mini pulled pork quiches. To finish off the evening, the book club is reading the, "Coincidence of Coconut Cake" so of course we will be baking our very own coconut cake!
