Chef Pam is thinking spring ... fresh herbs, asparagus and all that comes with the season! Come learn how to make home made fresh pasta together celebrating spring with the delicious pan sauces.   We will start out with making a fresh herbed pasta dough that will be cut into tagliatelle.  And then we will prepare two different sauces for the herbed pasta: a toasted walnut, asparagus and mushroom cream sauce and an alio e olio, garlic and oil sauce with red pepper flakes.
