Come join Chef Pam for a fun evening traveling to southern Spain minus the jet lag to experience their culinary cuisine!  We will start out by preparing two tapas:  Spanish garlic shrimp and a Spanish tortilla with fresh romesco sauce.  Then on to the main event as we learn how to make a traditional mixed paella of shrimp, chicken and chorizo.  The finishing touch will be mini rum cakes with toasted coconut and sugared raspberries.
