Chef Pam loves to share her culinary experience from when she did a culinary internship in the south of Spain.  Come join her as you prepare two delicious tapas, garlic shrimp with herbed baguette slices and a traditional Spanish tortilla with fresh Romesco sauce.  For the main entree you will learn how to make a mixed paella with shrimp, chorizo sausage and chicken thighs. We will finish off the evening making a Tarta de Santiago with fresh whipped cream.
