One of Chef Pam's favorite holidays is St. Patrick's Day! Come help her celebrate as you create traditional Irish dishes together. We will start out by making hey, hey sauerkraut balls for our appetizer using a wee bit of corned beef. Then on to Shepherd's pie with a twist learning how to torch the top of the mash. The finishing touch for the evening will be a Dublin Irish cheese cake with fresh bailey's Irish cream whipped cream. Don't forget to wear your green!
