Pork medallions are the protein of the night!  Chef Pam will teach you how to cut pork medallions and prepare them with a delicious creamy, white wine sauce.  Add an herbed, garlic mash potato as a side and dinner is complete.  Of course we will end the evening with a little something sweet making blueberry hand pies with fresh whipped cream.
