Join us for an evening learning more about the cuisine of Tuscany. We will start out with learning how to prepare a panzanella salad for our first course. Then on to learning how to make gnudi, a ricotta and spinach dumpling with a simple marinara sauce. To finish off the evening we will prepare schiacciata alla Fiorentina, a spongy cake.
