Join us for an evening of soup making. We will break you into groups of four to make one of three soups: French onion with a melted gruyere cheese garnish, corn chowder with Italian sausage and a creamy brie cheese soup with julienne, Granny smith apples and fried shallot garnish. Everyone will sit down to enjoy a ramekin of each soup and fresh herbed bread to dip. To end the evening on a sweet note, we will all make a spiced pear galette with a salted, maple glaze and fresh cinnamon whipped cream.
