Join us at the kitchen for a fun evening learning how to make hand cut pasta together! We start out making the egg pasta from scratch and then sheeting it out and cutting in into tagliatelle. Our pasta sauce will be a creamy red vodka sauce made with diced bacon to add a smoky layer of flavor and garnished with parmesan cheese. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet we will enjoy together mini limoncello cakes with a fresh lemon zest whipped cream. Mangia, mangia as the Italians say! Class is for ages 18 and older.
