‍Join Kip from K&L'S BBQ and Steve from Wild Oak BBQ for a hands on sausage making experience! In this class, they will be teaching a Wisconsin favorite, the BRAT. During this class, attendees can expect to learn more about meat selection, seasonings, and the importance of proper measurements.

No more sitting on the sidelines, this Brat making class puts you in the driver seat as you season stuff, and link your sausage to take home!

Everyone will work in groups of 2 and will make about 2 ½ LBS of brats to take home – just in time to grill for the Noon Packer game.

All attendees will be treated to sausage snacks prepared by Kip and Steve, ready to enjoy during the class.

* This class is for ages 18 and older due to equipment usage.
