Chef Pam's Kitchen

Come and spend time with us making Kolaczki cookies, a delightful treat with roots in Polish culinary tradition.  You will be rolling out dough and assembling twelve of these melt in your mouth cookies filled with fruit preserves to take home; while learning all about their significance and importance in Polish Culture.  All supplies are provided.  You will also enjoy a Polish Charcuterie Sampler throughout the class to partake in the culinary culture of Poland.  Start a new cherished tradition in your family for the upcoming holidays.  A tradition that will not only be delicious, but create warm memories together with family and friends gathered in your kitchen.
