Join us for an evening learning how to prepare a special dinner for entertaining over the holidays. We will start out with beef tenderloin slices with caramelized red onion and a garnish of horseradish, garlic whipped cream on a potato slice for our appetizer. Then on to the star of the show, individual beef wellington with a red wine reduction sauce and accompanied with haricot verts wrapped in prosciutto. To finish off the evening we will make chocolate decadence cakes with chocolate ganache and a sugared cranberries for the garnish.
