Join us for our 1st Supper Club of the year celebrating Mardi Gras—a perfect blend of New Orleans’ culinary traditions and festive spirit. Imagine the vibrant energy of Bourbon Street with the sounds of jazz filling the air, the laughter and music, and the mouthwatering aromas wafting through the streets.

Here's an inside look at the thoughtfully curated menu:

First Course: Boudin Balls with Hot Honey Mustard

Boudin is a classic New Orleans treat, typically made of rice, pork, and spices. By shaping it into bite-sized balls and frying them to golden perfection, you’re delivering an irresistible mix of crispy outside and savory inside. The hot honey mustard adds just the right touch of sweet and spicy heat, tantalizing the taste buds and setting the stage for the rest of the meal.

Second Course: Chicken Gumbo with Fried Okra Garnish

Gumbo is the heart of Creole cooking, with layers of rich flavors from the holy trinity (onions, bell peppers, and celery) combined with a deep roux. The addition of fried okra is a nod to Southern comfort, offering a crispy, tender texture that balances the dish’s rich depth. I can almost feel the warmth of the broth in my soul already.

Third Course: Crab Cake with Cajun Aioli

Crab cakes are a New Orleans classic, and pairing them with a zesty Cajun aioli brings an added layer of smokiness and spice. The crab is fresh lump fresh, tender, and full of flavor, while the aioli has that creamy, garlicky kick that makes each bite exciting.

Fourth Course: Jambalaya with Chicken, Shrimp, and Andouille Sausage

This iconic dish embodies the spirit of Mardi Gras itself: bold, spicy, and full of life. The smoky andouille sausage, tender chicken, and plump shrimp combine with a perfectly seasoned rice base, creating a flavor explosion. It’s a festival of taste all on its own.

Dessert: Beignets with Café Anglaise
No Mardi Gras celebration would be complete without beignets! These golden, sugar-dusted pillows of dough are perfect for pairing with the delicate, vanilla-infused café anglaise. A nod to the iconic Café du Monde, they’re sure to leave everyone with sweet, satisfied smiles. Perfect finishing touches to make the meal as festive as it is delicious.
