Come learn this timeless, Polish family tradition gathered around Babcia's kitchen table at OUR kitchen! Everyone will work in groups of 4 to make their pierogi dough and then each guest will get a fourth of the dough to roll out, fill and boil off to take home a dozen and a half of delicious pierogi to share with family and friends. Half of your pierogi will be with a sweet apple filling and the other half will be with a potato, cheese filling. Of course, Chef Pam would not want you to work hard making pierogi without trying a few; so we will have pierogi for you to sample as well.
