Chef Pam's Kitchen

Come celebrate Mardi Gras at the kitchen!  We will start out the evening making fresh lump crab cakes where every two people will make a cajun aioli for the garnish.  Then on to preparing Jambalaya with shrimp, chicken and andouille sausage.  To finish off the evening we will make you feel like you are sitting at Cafe du Monde in New Orleans as we prepare beignets with a cafe anglaise sauce.  Masks and beads will be provided to create the festive celebration!
