Join us at the kitchen for an evening delving into the Polish Cheese Torte making with owner of Busias XOXO, Amy Valukas.  This delicious pastry will be a highlight at your Easter table or for any family gathering; known in Milwaukee as the Wachovia Dairy Icebox cake.  Amy will guide you through making your own cake to take home as well as share the history of the Polish cheese torte.  You will take a little break while the cakes are cooking to enjoy a Polish Dessert Charcuterie Board.  Guaranteed to be a fun learning and baking evening in the kitchen!
