Celebrate the fresh flavors of spring in our "Think Spring" cooking class!  Join us in the kitchen as we start with a delightful goat cheese and asparagus galette for an appetizer. For the main course, you’ll team up in groups of four to create a creamy asparagus, mushroom, and toasted walnut pasta sauce, perfectly paired with farfalle—the butterfly-shaped pasta, a nod to the season. To round out the evening, we’ll bake mini carrot cakes topped with luscious cream cheese frosting. A delicious way to welcome springtime!
