Celebrate Easter in the Kitchen: Master Three Delicious Appetizers to Share with Family and Friends

Join us at the kitchen for an evening learning three new appetizers to share with family and friends during the Easter holidays.  We will prepare a French galette with sauted leek and kale with mascarpone spread on the bottom.  An egg mixture is drizzled over the top and it is finished off with gruyere cheese.  An appetizer for you to impress your guests or to serve for a unique breakfast offering Easter morning.  Next we will make stuffed mushrooms with blue cheese; a favorite at Chef Pam's Kitchen.  The third appetizer will be a shrimp cake with a spicy aioli garnish.  Everyone will enjoy all three appetizers together gathered around the dining tables.  Springtime mimosa will be offered for purchase as well.
