Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring a five-course small-plate dinner, each inspired by the vibrant flavors of the season. Unlike our hands-on Chef Assist classes, this is a sit-back-and-relax event where you'll savor exquisite dishes from around the world, expertly prepared by our team.
April Supper Club Menu
Course 1 – Boursin-Stuffed Baby Bella Mushroom Caps
Savory Baby Bella mushrooms filled with creamy Boursin cheese and crispy panko breadcrumbs, baked to perfection, and served with a velvety aioli.
Course 2 – Silky Carrot Bisque with Herbed Whipped Cream
Sweet spring carrots simmered in a rich chicken stock, blended to a smooth and luxurious bisque, and finished with a delicate dollop of herb-infused whipped cream.
Course 3 – Lemony Orzo with Spring Vegetables & Fresh Herbs
Tender orzo pasta tossed with sautéed leeks, asparagus, peas, and spinach, infused with bright citrus notes, and finished with fragrant dill and chives.
Course 4 – Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb
Succulent rack of lamb coated in a Dijon mustard, rosemary, and garlic rub, encrusted with golden breadcrumbs, and roasted to a perfect tenderness.
Course 5 – Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp
A celebration of spring’s finest—tangy rhubarb and sweet strawberries baked under a golden, buttery oat crumble, served warm and irresistibly comforting.
Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the event begins promptly at 6:00 PM.
