Join us for a fun evening learning an Italian menu to share with family and friends at your next gathering!  We will start out preparing a caponata with fontina cheese bruschetta.  Then on to learning how to create chicken saltimboca, which translates to, "jump in your mouth" because it is so delicious.  To impress your guests with a finishing touch on the evening, everyone will learn how to make, Torta a la Nonna.
