Chef Pam's Kitchen

Join us at the kitchen for an evening everything Charcuterie!  Everyone will learn how to make a Springtime themed charcuterie board with a value of $50 to take home and share with family and friends.  Learn how to make salami roses and prosciutto ribbons as well as the art of cheese arranging.  Together we will break into groups to make an apricot preserve, stuffed peppedew peppers and homemade white chocolate bars to garnish the charcuterie boards.
