Summer is around the corner and we want to welcome it in style with a menu that will be perfect to serve celebrating the season. For our appetizer, we will prepare strawberry and goat cheese crostini with a balsamic glaze and fresh mint chiffonade. Then on to preparing together baked stuffed shrimp with a mango, cilantro and toasted coconut rice pilaf. To finish off the evening with a little something sweet, everyone will make blueberry hand pies with fresh lemon zested whipped cream and a blueberry compote garnish.
