It doesn't have to always be fried to be delicious! Join us at the kitchen for an twist on the usual Wisconsin fish fry. Everyone will prepare individual creamy, crab imperial in a seashell for our starter. Then on to learning all about baking fish as we make a cod with a fresh herbs, lemon juice and chili sauce for our entree with a zucchini cake garnished with herbed whipped cream. For dessert, everyone will prepare a caramel roasted pear with a mascarpone cheese garnish. You will never think of a WI fish fry in the same way!
