Join us at the kitchen with our guest instructor, Xavier, from France who wants to share his passion for French Cuisine with everyone! You will start out preparing together, Vichyssoise Soup as the appetizer for the evening. Then on to the main entree of Roti de porc aux herbes, moutarde et bacon, a boneless pork loin with mustard and herbs and wrapped in bacon with haricot verts to accompany the pork. For dessert, everyone will enjoy a lavender infused creme brulee to end with a little something sweet. Can you say, "Bon Appetit?"
