We are thrilled to announce the 5th year of our highly anticipated ‘Supper Club’ for 2025! Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring a five-course small plates dinner, each inspired by the vibrant flavors of the season. Unlike our hands-on Chef Assist classes, this is a sit-back-and-relax event where you'll savor exquisite dishes from around the world, expertly prepared by our team.
1st Course – Tuscany Region: Florence
Panzanella Salad, a vibrant Tuscan classic featuring crispy, golden bread cubes tossed with sun-ripened tomatoes, crisp cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and bell peppers, all drizzled in a delicate vinaigrette that enhances the freshness of every bite.
2nd Course – Campagna Region: Naples
Golden-brown Arancini, perfectly crisp on the outside, with a luscious, creamy mozzarella center and crispy prosciutto, served with a rich and smoky roasted red pepper sauce.
3rd Course – Veneto Region: Vincenza
Slow-braised duck ragout paired with fresh handmade pasta, coated in a deep, flavorful sauce and elegantly topped with delicate shavings of aged Parmesan.
4th Course – Lombard Region: Milan
Melt-in-your-mouth Osso Buco, a braised veal shank infused with aromatic herbs and citrusy gremolata, served atop velvety roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
5th Course – Emilia-Romagna: Bologna
A decadent finale—sweet, roasted caramelized peaches paired with airy mascarpone whipped cream, offering the perfect balance of richness and lightness to end the meal on a high note.
