Soups on at the kitchen! We hope you will join us for a fun evening preparing three soups together using summer fresh vegetables. Everyone will work in groups and each group will make one of the three soups. After the soup preparation, you will sit down to enjoy a ramekin of each of these delicious summertime soups. Of course, fresh bread will be provided to dip and enjoy. Our three soups will be: carrot bisque with a fresh herbed whip cream garnish, zucchini soup with a lemon oil drizzle and fried zucchini garnish and a ratatouille soup using fresh eggplant and other vegetables with shaved parmesan.
