Day 1: Handcut Pasta
Learn the basics of pasta making as we start with handcut pasta and serve it with a simple, flavorful red sauce.
Day 2: Ravioli Fillings & Sauces
Explore the art of creating rich ravioli fillings and prepare a classic Italian sauce to pair perfectly.
Day 3: Ravioli Making
Put your skills to the test by making your very own ravioli and topping it with a delicious homemade sauce.
Day 4: Pasta with the Sheeter
Take your pasta skills to the next level using a pasta sheeter to create perfect linguine, and finish with a fresh, tasty sauce.
By the end of this camp, teens will be confident in making various types of pasta from scratch and have the skills to create restaurant-quality dishes at home! Whether you’re a pasta beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, this camp is sure to satisfy your culinary cravings.
