Chef Pam's Kitchen

Come join us at the kitchen for an evening learning about Italian Cuisine minus the jet lag.  We will start out the evening with a beef spiedini skewer, with slices of beef rolled around herbed bread crumbs with Italian red sauce, sage leaf and red onion wedge.  Then on to preparing a carbonara sauce with pancetta, egg and romano cheese for our pasta entree.  To finish off the evening we will prepare limoncello tiramasu.
