Join us for a fun evening with a taste of New England. Chef Pamgrew up there eating and cooking lots of seafood, especially lobster at her NewHampshire beach house every summer. Everyone will get their own 'live' 1 1/4 lblobster to learn how to prepare and stuff with a delicious, scallopstuffing. This will be accompanied by creamy coleslaw and sweet cornalong with drawn butter. To end the meal with a little something sweet,everyone will get a mini Boston cream pie for dessert. I can smell the salty, sea air now!
