Our Marketplace is open for indoor shopping every Saturday from 9am to noon, as well as in the evenings following our public classes. From November through April, we also host an indoor Winter Farmers Market on the first and third Saturday of each month, featuring a rotating variety of local food vendors. The majority of our shelves are stocked with products created by the talented artisans who rent our kitchen space. We are proud to support over 50 active makers who use our licensed facility to produce items for farmers markets and retail sales. You will also find house made soups and lasagnas prepared by our staff, along with a curated selection of other locally crafted food products.

All of our rental kitchens are available and open 24/7. Booking and scheduling your specific time slots are managed through a digital calendar.
The hourly rate is $20–$22 per hour, depending on the specific kitchen you utilize. This price is all-inclusive, covering equipment use, aprons, towels, gloves, and all cleaning products.
Our goal is to provide everything you need except your primary products. You should only need to bring your food and supply products; we provide the rest, including all equipment and cleaning supplies.
Chef Pam and her professional culinary team are available at no charge to offer guidance, support, and resources to help you build your business. We also promote you via social media, newsletters, and through customer inquiries.
